About Angela Kingston
Angela was born in Mumbles, Swansea, leaving for The Bath Academy of Art, Corsham where she was awarded a Travelling Scholarship. Initially teaching in Essex and living in Kent, she and her husband moved to Llantwit Major, South Wales, where they settled and raised their five children.
Inspired by nature, her garden for source material and plants in the landscape with the geology of place.
Her work can he separated into series, each one moving on to the next. Her passion for plants and the feeling for place and the environment is the vital part of the subject.
